Purpose of the processing and legal basis - Your personal data communicated voluntarily or that will be freely provided by you, will be processed for the registration and sending of the Newsletter and the customer satisfaction survey or for the use of the contact form. The provision of data present in the fields marked with an asterisk is mandatory and failure to enter them does not allow completing the communication. On the other hand, the release of the data present in the fields not marked with an asterisk, although it may be useful to facilitate relations, is optional and their failure to indicate does not affect the completion of the communication procedure.
The personal data provided with this form will be processed, mainly by computer and telematic methods, for the execution of the service requested by you.
The legal basis of the processing is identified in the consent (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), which can be revoked at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before of the revocation.
Categories of subjects who process your data - The employees and collaborators of Antognolla Golf SSDaRL may be authorised/designated to process your data, under the responsibility of the Data Controller.

Upon expiry of the storage terms indicated above, the data will be deleted or made anonymous.

Il conferimento dei dati presenti nei campi contrassegnati da asterisco è obbligatorio e il loro mancato inserimento non consente di completare la comunicazione. Per contro, il rilascio dei dati presenti nei campi non contrassegnati da asterisco, pur potendo risultare utile per agevolare i rapporti, è facoltativo e la loro mancata indicazione non pregiudica il completamento della procedura di comunicazione.
I dati personali conferiti con il presente modulo saranno trattati, con modalità prevalentemente informatiche e telematiche, per l’esecuzione della prestazione da Lei richiesta.
